Giving Away Your Power with Diane Piette - Center for Biography and Social Art

Sponsor:

Center for Biography and Social Art

Description:

In this Age of Consciousness Soul, we are being asked to make free decisions, taking responsibility for being “true to oneself” through our own moral imaginations and finding out who we really are in the resurrection of our every potential. In this way, we can determine how we relate to others and life around us, using this knowledge of self to contribute to the development of the world.

One biographical lesson to know ourselves is trying to understand the ways in which we give away our power to others and what this can do to our soul. For example: trying to please, giving in, not speaking up, comparing ourselves to others, etc.

Through conversation, art, writing and a brief look at the seven year life cycles, we will also share our thoughts using intentional listening with the group and partners. Please have paper and colored pencils or markers.
