Artistic and spoken offerings with an address by Natalie Adams speaking about Rudolf Steiner's four primary works, leading to the question — How can we engage with his book The Philosophy of Freedom as a personal Spiritual Path.
Rudolf Steiner's four basic books, Occult Science, Knowledge of Higher Worlds, Theosophy, and The Philosophy of Freedom (Intuitive Thinking as Path of Knowledge) are each different in tone and substance. Together they create a mighty picture of the ideal human being we can each strive to become. By engaging with these works of Anthroposophy, we can develop ourselves in harmony with the deeper spiritual impulses for humankind. In this brief talk, Natalie Adams will offer a few insights into how one can orient oneself to these works, works that have given her more sureness in engaging with them. She will then focus on how The Philosophy of Freedom offers more than an intellectual challenge but truly is a path to inner development very different but no less important for our time than the one offered in the other three basic books. We will offer light refreshments and time for informal conversation.
